· Phase 1 has achieved an 83% occupancy rate
· Total investment value stands at RM90.66 million
· Hosts more than 20 SME companies

The Phase 2 development, covering 10 acres, represents a significant step forward in enhancing the park’s capacity and ecosystem. HDC views this milestone as a positive reflection of the growing strength and maturity of Malaysia’s halal industrial ecosystem, particularly under the HALMAS framework, which continues to attract investments and support industry development nationwide.

The recognition also forms part of HDC’s Strategic HALMAS Promotion Programme, which aims to highlight successful halal park developments and strengthen the visibility of HALMAS as a mark of quality, investment readiness, and ecosystem excellence.

The continued progress of PERDA Halal Park is aligned with the aspirations of the Halal Industry Master Plan 2030 (HIMP 2030), which targets RM25 billion in HALMAS investments by 2030, further reinforcing Malaysia’s position as a leading global halal hub.
