KOTA DAMANSARA, Oct 19 (Bernama) -- With Deepavali, the Festival of Lights, approaching next month, Strand Mall was buzzed with festive excitement as Deepavali Fest 2026, organised by ASC Agenda Suria Communications Sdn Bhd, held its official opening ceremony. Running from 16 to 18 October 2026, the festival was warmly graced and officiated by Y.B. Tuan Dr. Gunarajah A/L R George, Member of the Selangor State Legislative Assembly (ADUN) for Sentosa, highlighting the role of local gatherings in bringing communities together.
Featuring 110 vendors and approximately footfall of 40,000 visitors over the span of three days, the festival offered visitors a variety of experiences, celebrating Indian culture and traditions through food, retail and entertainment under one roof.
