Boomi 2026 APAC Customer Innovation Award winners include:

• CLP Power Hong Kong - APAC Customer of the Year Award. CLP Power Hong Kong has leveraged enterprise integration capabilities to drive one of Asia Pacific’s largest digital transformation programs. By connecting more than 2.9 million smart meters, enterprise applications, and operational technologies, CLP has unlocked real-time data to modernise grid operations, support its ERP transformation, and power one of the world’s largest customer-driven demand-side management programs. The initiative has reduced cross-systems integration development time by 70 per cent, enabled predictive peak demand management through the analysis of more than 51 billion smart meter readings annually, and empowered over 1.6 million customers to participate in peak demand reduction through energy-saving programme, strengthening grid resilience and supporting sustainability goals.
• Bakers Delight - Business Impact Award. Bakers Delight modernised its digital marketing ecosystem and creating a composable, future-ready architecture that delivers greater business agility. Using Boomi Integration, Data Hub, and API Management, the company rapidly deployed a new customer data and engagement platform in just three months while seamlessly transitioning from legacy systems without disrupting operations. By centralising integrations and master data across customers, products, stores, promotions, and orders, Bakers Delight achieved full reuse of its core integrations across subsequent digital initiatives, enabling faster innovation, lower implementation costs, and rapid responses to changing market conditions, including enterprise-wide pricing updates.
• Brickworks - Data Activation Award. Brickworks transformed thousands of unstructured supplier invoices into trusted, analytics-ready data that is driving smarter procurement decisions and improving spend visibility. Using the Boomi Enterprise Platform, the company automated the extraction, validation, and integration of line-item invoice data into Snowflake, creating near-real-time visibility into enterprise spending. Delivered in just three days, the scalable solution has processed more than 135,000 invoices and continues to ingest over 1,000 invoices each week, enabling detailed supplier analysis, stronger data governance, and faster, data-driven procurement decisions.
• HEB Construction - AI & Agentic Transformation Award. HEB Construction transformed its tendering process through governed AI agents built on the Boomi Enterprise Platform. Working with Boomi’s AI Centre of Excellence, HEB deployed AI agents that convert unstructured employee CVs into trusted, reusable profiles and automatically generate project-specific submissions, significantly reducing manual effort and accelerating bid preparation. Using Boomi Agentstudio, Integration, Data Hub, and Agent Control Tower, HEB established a scalable, governed framework for enterprise AI with built-in observability, cost attribution, and trusted data, creating a foundation for future agentic transformation across the business.
• Flinders University - Platform Excellence Award. Flinders University built a trusted, reusable and scalable foundation that supports critical student, staff, research, finance, and operational services across the institution. Using Boomi Enterprise Platform, Data Hub, and API Management, a team of integration specialists have managed 278 active integrations, 26 production APIs, and nearly 28 million process executions annually. The platform has enabled cloud migrations, improved data quality, accelerated course-information updates by 300 per cent, removed legacy technologies, and automated previously manual processes.
